I am a masters level certified personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach, holding a Master's degree in Exercise Science. From a young age, I've dedicated myself to the pursuit of excellence through rigorous training and continuous learning. As a Greco Roman wrestler, I achieved four time All American status over a span of several years. In 2023, I experienced a life altering event - a stroke that shook me to my core. It was a wake up call that prompted me to re evaluate my health and lifestyle choices. At the time, I thought I was in great shape as a heavy weight wrestler at 285 pounds training five days a week. After conducting extensive research, I devised and implemented a strict diet and training regimen and in four months I dropped my weight from 285 to 220 lbs and am now in the best shape of my life and competing again, wrestling at 100kg.
